"I approached Emma for some online coaching after seeing her around the gym and her posts online. Emma met me in person and went through everything I would like to achieve and made them realistic goals in a realistic time frame. She gave weekly check ins and was always available if I needed support, she provided some really helpful nutritional information and made sure I was enjoying the work outs. I lost just over a stone with Emma which is incredible.
